DESCRIPTION:Learn about the wonders of the rainforest at M&T Bank Rainforest Falls. This event will feature keeper talks animal enrichment\, and various rainforest themed crafts. \nRainforest Day Schedule: \n10:30 am: Ocelot keeper talk \n11:00 am: Sloth keeper talk: Come meet the zoo’s newest addition “Flash”! Come learn more about Two-toed Sloths and how they are specially adapted to living in their rainforest environment. \n12:00 pm: Capybara keeper talk and enrichment:  Meet at the Wetlands exhibit. Come learn what is so unique about the world’s largest rodent and how you can protect the aquatic environment that these animals call home. \n1:00 pm: Macaw demonstration in the Rainforest lobby: Meet the zoo’s Green-winged and Scarlet Macaws and learn more about parrot conservation. \n2:00 pm: Giant Anteater keeper talk and enrichment: See our anteater receive one of his favorite treats and learn more about how important enrichment is for our animals. \n2:30 pm: Howler Monkey call/ enrichment: Ever wonder how loud a monkey can vocalize? Meet in front of the primate exhibit and see what happens when our male Howler monkey comes out on exhibit for the day!

Merrily start your day with a breakfast buffet\, enjoy arts and crafts and a visit and special gift from Santa Claus.  After breakfast\, stroll the grounds\, see our beautiful holiday decorations and say “Happy Holidays” to your favorite animals on exhibit. Space is limited\, so make your reservation today. \nBreakfast with Santa is a festive event designed to celebrate the magic of the holiday season. To ensure the best experience\, please note the following: \n\n\nPre-paid non-refundable\, non-transferable tickets are required to attend Breakfast with Santa at the Buffalo Zoo. Should a ticket holder be unable to attend\, there will be no refunds\, nor will tickets be honored at another Breakfast with Santa session or year. \n\n\nChildren 23 months and under are admitted free but require reserved tickets. Simply select “Children – 23 months and under” below for each child who meets the age requirement. \n\n\nBuffalo Zoo Members receive a special member discount. Please bring your valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification to the event.  A $5.00 per ticket fee is charged for Members who cannot provide a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification. \n\n\nMember level tickets are non-transferable. The member’s name must be on all tickets purchased\, and the member must be present with a valid Buffalo Zoo membership card and identification at entry. \n\n\nStrollers are not permitted at Breakfast with Santa at the Buffalo Zoo.
