Distribution and Habitat

Snowy-Crowned Robin Chats are found throughout Africa, mostly in the western section, including Congo and Ivory Coast.

Natural Habitat

Snowy-Crowned Robin Chats are found in the sub-tropical or tropical dry forests and moist savannah regions of Africa.

Physical Characteristics

  • Snowy-Crowned Robin Chats are similar in appearance to the common robin.They are a little larger in size and have a white stripe on top of their heads. There are black patches in the cheek area and their black bills are short. The mantle and wings are slate and the center tail is black.
