It’s all things rhino at the Buffalo Zoo. Learn about the endangered Indian rhinos on this special day! The event runs from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and is free with Zoo admission.  

Celebrate the changing of the seasons at the first ever Country Harvest at the Buffalo Zoo! Enjoy festive fall activities, country music BBQ food and seasonal beers. Purchase Tickets

Experiences for Public

We offer a variety of educational experiences at the zoo for the public. These programs are opportunities for kids of all ages to enjoy and expand their knowledge of animal behavior/conservation though hands-on and immersive learning experiences at the Buffalo Zoo.

Experiences for Educators

The Education Department has the exciting responsibility of promoting public awareness of the natural world and its conservation through fun, interactive learning experiences. To accomplish that task, we provide a variety of general and specifically tailored programming at the Zoo and in the community for children and adults of all ages.
