Little Explorers
Program Description
This sensory-based program is just for our younger guests! Caregivers will also explore important skills to help their children get the most out of visits to nature-related places. Activities include songs, animal exhibit visit, ambassador animal encounter, stories, crafts, and animal-related artifacts to touch.
Program Details
AGE GROUPS/GRADES:
Children ages 2-4 and a caregiver
PRICING AND TIMES:
Sessions offered once a week on weekdays, 10:30-11:30 am.
Members: $140 per child for all 10 sessions. Includes one adult to accompany child. Zoo admission is free for members. Use code MEMBER2026 to receive membership pricing.
Non-Members: $300 per child, for all 10 sessions. Includes one adult to accompany child. Includes Zoo admission costs for full session.
Fall Sessions
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays, September 7th to November 18th (except holidays), 10:30-11:30 am
BUFFALO ZOO EDUCATION PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
If Buffalo Zoo cancels a program due to low registration or inclement weather, a full refund will be offered to all participants.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before program: Eligible for a full refund minus $50 processing fee.
- Refund requests: Must be submitted in writing via email to: jimprota@buffalozoo.org
- Processing time: Approved refunds will take approximately 5 business days to process.
Cancellation less than 14 days before program (or programs with a fee less than $50): Choose a credit or to transfer registration to a different program. Credits may only be used for Buffalo Zoo Education programs available through CampDocs. Credits expire at the end of the calendar year and may not be transferred between individuals.
