Run for Rhinos

Celebrate the first annual run with the Buffalo Zoo from the comfort of your home or a local outdoor trail. Our Virtual 5K, Run for Rhinos is a great and a fun way to train for other events or to just get some exercise. So, whether you run on a treadmill, jog around the neighborhood or walk around the block, the Run for Rhinos is an ideal way to get in shape while helping the Buffalo Zoo! Gather your family, friends, colleagues and neighbors to create a team – near and far can participate!
All registrants will receive a Pasteurized Tees t-shirt that can either be picked up or mailed. The first 500 registrants will receive an Oxford Pennant Run for Rhinos Pennant! Custom Run for Rhinos virtual bibs are available in your registration profile after registration is complete!

This year, proceeds will go to help fund Sumatran Rhino Rescue. Sumatran Rhino Rescue is a groundbreaking approach to conservation that brings together the Government of Indonesia, leading international conservation organizations, local experts and conservation practitioners, and supporters from around the world to save the Sumatran Rhino from extinction.
The Run for Rhinos is brought to you by the Buffalo Zoo and the ProZoo Board of the Buffalo Zoo.

PLEASE NOTE: For all Cup & Cone locations, packets may be picked up in Delaware Park. There is a window to Cup & Cone on the Ring Road/Meadow Drive in Delaware Park that can be accessed without gaining admission to the Zoo. Please note that to pick up in the Zoo, you must have reservations/tickets to the Zoo. You can register for the event at each location as well.
If you do not want to physically pick up your packet, please select the packet shipping option at check-out to ensure you receive your t-shirt.
