BUFFALO ZOO EDUCATION PROGRAM REFUND POLICY 

If Buffalo Zoo cancels a program, a tuition refund will be offered to all participants. If a registrant wishes to cancel, the policy is as follows: 

  • Cancellation requests: Must be submitted in writing via email to: zoocamp@buffalozoo.org 
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before program: Eligible for a full refund minus $50 processing fee. 
  • Processing time: Approved refunds will take approximately 5 business days to process.
