JULY 10–14: FEEDING FRENZY

Slurp, gulp, and crunch! Campers spend their week learning about different types of eaters, the senses and adaptations developed for eating (and avoiding being eaten), and what it’s like to be a predator and prey! Get up close with our ambassador animals to learn their remarkable ways of surviving.

JULY 17–21: SUPER SPECIES

Smelling with feet, detecting electric fields, surviving without drinking water; the world is filled with animals with incredible adaptations! Campers observe and learn how the diverse set of animals at the zoo are adapted to survive in their specific environments, test their skills against those of animals across the world, meet our ambassador super species, and use art to design and model unique adaptations.
